Would you like to spend a full undistracted day working on your business with other smart, hard working, ambitious entrepreneurs on a mission to scale?
Mission: Scale is a full day in person strategy planning session where you get the opportunity to redesign your business from the inside out. We start by celebrating what you’ve already built before moving on to your renewed vision for growth. With your vision down on paper, you plot the underlying strategy, sales & marketing, and operational systems needed to make scaling inevitable. But…you can’t do anything ‘in fantasy’. If you set the vision, you have to show us the projects that make that vision inevitable.
Mission: Scale is not for start up entrepreneurs. It is designed specifically for experienced entrepreneurs who already have ‘data’ in the form of sales, customers and market knowledge, and aren’t starting up, but are scaling. Typically, participants are at six and multiple six figures, or are moving towards that level rapidly.
Each day includes a pre-form to help me understand your business in advance, a prep video, a workbook to complete on the day, and a follow up Zoom call six months after the day to give you a deadline for one or two key projects in your plan.
During Mission: Scale, you will admit the truth of what is possible for you and set about building a brand new underlying system in your strategy, sales, marketing, delivery and mindset that will make scaling inevitable.
This is not easy work because scaling isn’t just about doing more. It’s about thinking differently, making bold moves, and redesigning your underlying business system (sales, marketing, how you deliver, how you see yourself) so growth becomes inevitable. Scaling isn’t more. Scaling is different.
Phenomenal! It felt so enriching to be amongst inspiring business builders for a day of thinking, planning and goal setting. It really helped to clarify my next steps. I’m still buzzing from yesterday.
If you are sitting in a place of knowing you need to scale but freezing in response to how to do it. These days will no doubt help to clear the fog so you have direction, a plan and the motivation to just do it.

In the morning, we’re going to explore the ‘system’ approach to strategy as a group.
You will see how the incredible system you have built so far has delivered the result you have AND how it must now change to allow for a new result. You will celebrate how far you’ve come, be recognised for what you’ve built, and then prepare to thank it goodbye as you build something new.
We will end the morning with our proclamations. Tell the group what you now intend, who you intend to become, and how you know you must change to let this unfold.
The morning will really help to ground you in this work, help you see where you are now, and prepare you for change.
You will map out the new system needed to bring about this new result, covering sales, marketing, delivery, and mindset.
This will cover your big plays (your big strategic moves) and the smaller day-to-day moves you need to make to keep things going while you pivot. We will tackle any major crunch points, concerns and hesitations here.
We will then have lunch together and each person will have the opportunity to present their new system and open the floor for feedback, questions or ideas. The very act of explaining your approach will help you to assess your own clarity, spot any gaps and see how it sounds out loud. Here, I will offer direct advice, challenge and insight to help you think about things differently. The whole group will benefit from seeing other people’s approach and being part of the feedback.
In the afternoon, we will work on your brand positioning, offer suite and content plan to really work through how you will show up in the market.
During this time, you have the opportunity to work through your ideas solo or in small groups to generate ideas and work as peer coaches with each other.
We will wrap up with a summary of what we’ve come to realise and time to process what these changes mean and how they feel. This is important to help us calibrate this new work and feel seen in the changes we’re about to make. You will leave as a different person who walked in.
