9:30 How to Sell in the Current Economy (1 hr)

Motivating and instructional session showing you the biggest opportunities you have for making sales in the coming months, and exactly what I would do now to generate new sales.

 

This is an honest but positive view of what’s happening in the economy, what people need and where your opportunity lies, with lots of practical ideas you can try both strategically and practically for individual platforms.

 

This will get you thinking and help you see the best opportunities for you, and really get you excited about the opportunity. By the end of this session you will be bursting with energy, ideas and hope for what is possible.

10:30 Sales Goal-Setting and Product Planning (1.5 hrs)

Guided planning session focused on sales goals, product offering and customer profiles.

 

You will have a very clear workbook to complete that will help you set your true sales goals, map out your core underlying funnel and develop your more gritty sales and follow up plan as well as your plan to dramatically increase your reach.

 

By the end of this session, you will have a highly structured 6-12 month plan for making sales in your business. This plan will be ambitious but practical and achievable!

12pm Lunch and Refuel (30 mins)

12:30 Messaging & Selling (1hr 15)

In this session, we will dive into two of the key offers you intend to make and really tighten up who the customer is, what the message is and how you position and sell this online. You will be honest here about what you will attempt, and find a way to frame your sales attempt that lets you make more attempts.

1:45 Tea Break (15 mins)

2pm Identify Blocks and Overcome Hesitation (1 hr)

Find the blocks and hesitations that will stand in your way, connect with the version of yourself who SELLS and make a physical plan for the work you will do to change the way you see yourself and sales.

3pm Instant Actions and Timelined Commitments (1 hr)

In this penultimate session, you will make a list of key and immediate actions and plot them into the coming days and weeks. You will also enter key outcomes and plans into your calendar to make them real, allocate the time and help hold yourself accountable.

4pm Bonus: Discussion + Q&A
