Full day in person session, limited to 8 people, focused on scaling your business.

Would you like to come and spend a day with me and seven other entrepreneurs to scale your business?

This is not one of those days where you set a vision, make a plan and then go on your way. Nope.

During Mission: Scale, you will admit the truth of what is possible for you and set about building a brand new underlying system in your strategy, sales, marketing, delivery and mindset that will make scaling inevitable.

This is not easy work because scaling isn’t just about doing more. It’s about thinking differently, making bold moves, and redesigning your underlying business system (sales, marketing, how you deliver, how you see yourself) so growth becomes inevitable. Scaling isn’t more. Scaling is different.

 

 

Who is Mission: Scale designed for?

 

To make the most of Mission: Scale, you’ve got to be ready, meaning:

You already have a business and are already making sales and serving clients.

You have a brand in the market, meaning people are already looking to you for something specific.

You have ideas you want to evolve, build on, expand.

You have the drive to make changes, knowing you will probably have to operate some of the old systems whilst you build the new ones.

You’re hungry for growth, and are willing to try new things to reach new markets and work with new clients.

This one-day, high-impact day is curated for business owners with one key mission: to scale their impact, now.

 

What can you expect from Mission: Scale?

 

Challenge – You will be pushed to think differently, consider new options, and follow through on ideas you’ve had for months and years.

A new systemic approach – We will build the new underlying structure that will make scaling inevitable, covering marketing, sales, delivery and mindset.

Big plays and small moves – You will map out your big strategic plays, and put your smaller immediate moves into perspective, getting them done to return to your big play.

Thought Leadership – You will develop your key brand positioner for the coming 18 months and see how this plays into sales, marketing, brand, content and campaigns.

 

What happens on the day?

 

This is a full day of business scaling strategy, running 9am – 5pm.

Morning:

In the morning, we’re going to explore the ‘system’ approach to strategy as a group. You will  see how the incredible system you have built so far has delivered the result you have AND how it must now change to allow for a new result.

You will celebrate how far you’ve come, be recognised for what you’ve built, and then prepare to thank it goodbye as you build something new.

We will end the morning with our proclamations. Tell the group what you now intend, who you intend to become, and how you know you must change to let this unfold.

The morning will really help to ground you in this work, help you see where you are now, and prepare you for change.

Midday:

You will map out the new system needed to bring about this new result, covering sales, marketing, delivery, and mindset. This will cover your big plays (your big strategic moves) and the smaller day-to-day moves you need to make to keep things going while you pivot. We will tackle any major crunch points, concerns and hesitations here.

We will then have lunch together and each person will have the opportunity to present their new system and open the floor for feedback, questions or ideas. The very act of explaining your approach will help you to assess your own clarity, spot any gaps and see how it sounds out loud. Here, I will offer direct advice, challenge and insight to help you think about things differently. The whole group will benefit from seeing other people’s approach and being part of the feedback.

Afternoon:

In the afternoon, we will work on your brand positioning, offer suite and content plan to really work through how you will show up in the market. During this time, each person will get 15 minutes one-to-one with Lisa to explore a block, ask a very specific question, or get feedback and insights on a key idea. This will also allow for time to work through your ideas solo or time in small groups to generate ideas and work as peer coaches with each other.

End:

We will wrap up with a summary of what we’ve come to realise and time to process what these changes mean and how they feel. This is important to help us calibrate this new work and feel seen in the changes we’re about to make.

You will leave as a different person who walked in.

The Details:

 

Prep: Ahead of the day, Lisa will send you a 30 minute video to position key ideas and help you prep. You will also fill in a questionnaire to help Lisa understand where you are to maximise the time spent together on the day.

Date: Thursday 17th April, 9am – 5pm. 

Location: Stylish, inspiring meeting space at Wizu Workspace (designed for deep thinking and big breakthroughs)

Lunch: Lunch included (all dietary needs catered for), plus unlimited tea & coffee.

Materials: A high quality printed workbook will also be provided with lots of room to explore your thinking, work through key ideas and finalise your plans.

Fee: £350 including VAT.
