But there’s also questions and exercises to work through, advice about getting started, and it’s so focused on Taking Action Towards Your Goals that I actually had to put it down at one point and go and do some of the things on my to-do list because Lisa was so insistent about it. Definitely would recommend, planning to buy copies for a couple of friends who’ll find it useful too.”
